It expresses LTβR, PDGFRα, and VCAM, and upon activation secretes chemokines(e.g. CXCL13) and cytokines to organise lymphoid tissue architecture and recruit immune cells in both mice and humans (Denton el al., 2019; Elmentaite et al., 2021).
