        <ns2:CLO_0051626 xml:lang="en">The cell line MDCK (ATCC CCL-34) was established from a normal adult female canker dog, from which the dog epithelioid cell line Super Tube was cloned. When maintaining a high cell concentration, Super tube formed a large number of tubules (it was reported that 7 x 105 cells placed on each well of a 24-well-plate were able to form tubules within 3 days). To form tubules, the cells culture medium needed to be exchanged twice a day to provide adequate nutrients. The detection level of c-AMP in Super Tube was much lower than that in the original cell line, and adenylyl cyclase was also lower under forskolin stimulation, and its transdermal resistance was also higher than that of Super Dome (ATCC CRL- 2286) and MOCK.</ns2:CLO_0051626>
