NICR478 NK-92 NK-92 cell NK-92 is an interleukin-2 dependent NK cell line derived from peripheral blood monocytes of a 50-year-old white male with acute non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. This cell is cytotoxic to many malignant cells; chromium release tests show that it can kill K562 and Daudi cells. NK-92 cells (irradiated to prevent proliferation) can be effectively used for in vitro immune dissection of leukemia in blood without compromising the function of blood cells. NK-92 cells have the following characteristics: surface markers of CD2, CD7, CD11a, CD28, CD45 is positive, CD56 bright; surface markers of CD1, CD3, CD4, CD5, CD8, CD10, CD14, CD16, CD19, CD20, CD23, CD34 and HLA-DR is negative.
