K-562 cell lines are widely used as highly sensitive receptors in vitro in natural killer analysis. K-562 mother cells are pluripotent, hematopoietic malignant cells that spontaneously differentiate into identifiable red blood cell progenitor cells, granular white blood cells, monocytes, and so on.
