A number of single cell clones were isolated from human lung giant cell carcinoma line, and one of three cloned cell sublines was selected after preliminary identification by invasion experiment in vitro and inoculation in vivo in nude mice. The tumor formation rate and lymph node metastasis rate in nude mice were 100% and 94%, respectively. Passage at 1: 3, and passage once in 2-3 days.
