The cuts offered to the consumer may include bones, connective tissues and tendons as well as nerves and lymph nodes. The cornrnodity description of "fresh" meat includes meat which has been quick-frozen or quick-frozen and thawed. The Group does not include edible offal as defined in Group 032.
