abnormal subcellular component during vegetative growth
vacuolated
vacuolated during vegetative growth
FYPO:0001581
A physical cellular phenotype observed in the vegetative growth phase of the life cycle in which vacuoles are more visible (usually by microscopy) than normal. A vacuolated phenotype may be due to the presence of more vacuoles in a cell than normal, or to vacuoles located nearer the cell surface (and hence more visible) than normal.
