Indigenous Siberian ancestry Central Asian and Siberia reference superpopulation (SGDP) A reference population made up of samples from individuals with a Central Asian and Siberia Ancestry as part of the Simons Genome Diversity Project. This category was created to facilitate the grouping of reference populations into the superpopulations they were allocated to in the context of the project in which they were collected.
