Abnormal cerebellum morphology White cerebellum sign 2022-09-04T19:22:53Z On computed tomography of the brain,the white (or dense) cerebellum sign is seen when the cerebellum appears dense with respect to the cerebral parenchyma. The increase in attenuation of cerebellum is in fact a relative hyperdensity caused by decreased attenutation of the brain. It represents anoxic-ischemic cerebral injury, and has a very poor prognosis. See figure 30 in PMID:29089832.
