Patients may be asymptomatic or may present with ventricular or supraventricular tachycardia, fatigue, exertional dyspnea, palpitations, and cardiac murmur. Ventricular septal defects and conduction defects, such as first-degree atrio-ventricular block or incomplete right bundle branch block, may also be also associated.
