It uses digital signal processing, and can be configured with lasers of the users choice from among these excitation wavelengths: 355, 405,488, 532, 635nm. It accommodates up to 48 traditional PMTs. Options include an acousto-optical tunable filter (AOTF) and 16 channel spectrometer (370 to 730 nm). The various detection components can be uniquely configured across multiple Highly Automated Parallel Sorting (HAPS) modules. The Reflection can be used to analyse, sort, and collect cells.
