radiation research analytical platform iGE3 Genomics Platform Telley L. et al., Science, 351 (6280), 1443-1446 (2016) The iGE3 Genomics Platform at the University of Geneva provides next-generation sequencing, microarray and bioinformatics services for genome-wide studies, supporting radiation biology research on gene expression changes, DNA damage signatures and epigenetic modifications following radiation exposure. The platform operates under ISO-certified quality management and is available to internal and external users following contact with the facility manager Mylène Docquier.
