Functional Assessment of Chronic Illness Therapy-Spirituality Scale FACIT-Sp Scale The FACIT-Sp is a 12-item measure that asks participants to indicate how true various statements are about them on a Likert scale of 0 ("not at all") to 4 ("very much"). Responses on the FACIT-Sp are summed to create a total score, ranging from 0 to 48, with higher scores representing higher levels of spirituality.
