CCL2 signal transduction pathway A series of molecular signals mediated by CCL2 (C-C chemokine CCL2). A series of molecular signals initiated by the binding of the C-C chemokine CCL2 to a C-C chemokine type 2 receptor (CCR2) on the surface of a cell, and ending with regulation of a downstream cellular process, e.g. transcription.
