The 2012 figures for British Friesian are the figures gathered for the UK publishing its second Country Report for FAnGR √¢‚Ǩ‚Äú the report included an updated breed inventory. The 2012 Country Report figure for British Friesian (of 8,501) incudes and does not separately distinguish the distinct and separate population of British Friesian (Original) and so there may be a little double counting. We plan to separate recording of these populations in the future.
